UnitedStar 48 inch square automatic belt-driven fans have great and stable features of Automatically opening and closing Louvres / shutters mechanism that ensures louvres / shutters to automatically open at 90 degrees when fan runs to ensure effective ventilation without any hindrance, and shutters are automatically fully closed when fan is turned off. 

Belt Tensioning: UnitedStar 48 inch square industrial belt-driven fans have automatic belt tensioner part / device fixed in fans which keeps belts to function seamlessly without being loosened. If in case of replacement or if need arises to tighten or loosen the belt,  V- Belt tensioning of UnitedStar is very easy and instant! You just need to tighten or loosen the bolt at top right front of fan (in front of motor). Tightening or loosening the bolt will have same affect on belt! There is no need to open any other part of fan.

Minimum Electricity Consumption: UnitedStar 48 inch square Industrial automatic louvre belt driven fans are energy efficient and gives you maximum airflow for minimum energy cost. Industrial belt-driven fans consumes 3 times or 300% less energy than any same size direct axial fan. Specially, the UnitedStar fans consume only up to 80% of installed motor total power which is a sign of quality and efficiency. This means our 48 inch square fan with 44 inch blade dia fan only consumes approximately 600 watts and gives you effective ventilation with 22,300 CFM of airflow!

Material/Construction: (i) Fan body material is made of Hot-Dipped Galvanized Iron to keep it rust proof.

                 (ii) Blade material is of Stainless Steel.

                 (iii) Front side has galvanized mesh guard /net for protection.

                 (iv) Back / Out side has louvres / shutters which opens once fan is running and automatically closed when fan is turned off.

                 (v) A motor installed inside the body along with belt and pulley.
